Abstract: | |
The research work is carried out to optimize the substrate material of high frequency antenna design and simulation. Three different high-k substrate materials were consider for the design process. 2mm thick arlon, roger, and Al2O3 material were taken as the substrate for the bowties antenna. The designed antenna were analysed in frequency domain in the range of 26 GHz to 40 GHz. S-parameter and directivity were analysed for Ka band application. |
