Open access (OA) is a mechanism by which search results are distributed online, at no cost or other barriers, and, in its most precise sense, with the addition of an open license that eliminates most restrictions on use and reuse.
The main focus of the open access movement is "peer-reviewed research literature". Historically, this has focused mainly on academic journals based on print. Conventional magazines (unopened access) cover publishing costs via access tolls, such as signatures, site licenses, or pay-per-view fees. Open access journals can be applied to all forms of published research results, including peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed academic journal articles, conference articles, theses, book chapters, and monographs .
IJEART "International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Research Technology" is an international peer reviewed, online journal Published monthly by IJEART Publication in Saint David Dominica.
